this one reminds me of therapy/overcoming life’s sh*t with humor (HA), balance, perspective, reframing your mindset, reflection, play, and sometimes letting go of an idea (or place or person or career or all of the above 🤗) in order to move forward. and, as shown by mint squiggle, forward isn’t always (ever?) linear.

as i move forward by starting my msw program next week, i’m still terrified and have no idea how i’m going to pull it off. yet, start i will. i’m also hanging onto a nugget of hope that this painting will find a home in my own therapy space someday. 🎉
